Important Notes:

  1. For early check-in and late check-out or additional days booking, Contact hotel directly (Koyal: +91 9974379344) on chargeable basis .
  2. Check-in time is 12:00 PM Saturday. Check-out time is 11:00 AM Sunday.
  3. No refund on cancellation.
  4. Cloak room facility available.
  5. Registration is non transferable.
  6. Please carry your valid government ID (Aadhar Card only ) including accompanying person during hotel check-in.
  7. Please upload your ID Aadhar card while filling registration form.
  8. Corporate fees slab will be applicable for all the registration categories (i.e.- IAP, Non IAP, PG. Accompanying Delegate) if registration is being done by Pharma Company.
  9. Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them to a category which they may deem fit.
  10. Children Less than 10 years of age must be registered (Free of Charge) for logistic/ Security reasons.
  11. For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash.
  12. For spot registrations, Delegate kit will be provided subject to availability. Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate. Only in exceptional cases, the kit would be handed over to any representative authorized by the registered delegate with copy of signed authorized registration receipt.
  13. Entry to the accompanying person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the event.
  14. Organizers will not be responsible for any date change of the conference
  15. Organizers will not be responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
  16. Post conference no kit or any workshop material will be disbursed to the delegate / associate delegate/PG student.
  17. Facility for providing accommodation will be on first come first serve basis.
  18. We will try to provide accommodation in the same venue but it may change to other place according to the availability of rooms.
  19. Residential facility will not be entertained for spot registration.
  20. For the online transaction a convenience fee of 3.6 % will be applicable.

Travel Advisory:

  1. Complimentary Pick-up time on Saturday, 1st June 2024 from Vapi Railway Station is from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM only. No complimentary service will be provided apart from the given slot.
  2. Complimentary Drop from the Venue (The Deltin Reception) to Vapi Railway Station on Sunday, 2nd June 2024 will be 4:30 PM – 5:0 PM only.
  3. The cab/ mini bus will be for group only, no individual vehicles will be provided.
  4. Other then the above mentioned timings, delegates can arrange pick-up & drop on their own. Travel Agent: Kalpataru Yatra- +91 8980122251 on chargeable basis.
  5. For private travel facility, please contact Travel Agent directly.
  6. NO OLA / UBER facility is available in this region. Local taxis and rickshaws will be available.
  7. Vapi is the nearest Railway Station to Daman (Conference Venue).
  8. The Venue is 10km from Vapi Railway Station.
  9. All major trains halt at Vapi Railway Station. Check the train schedule on www.irctc.co.in
  10. The organiser’s are not responsible in case of any accident or mishap.
  11. The nearest airport is Mumbai Airport & Surat Airport.
